This website presents Clarendon Land and Development Ltd’s emerging proposals for a sustainable residential development at Uppingham Road (A47) to the west of Houghton on the Hill. The Site is comprised of 5.41ha of agricultural land with technical no technical constraints.

This consultation is being held to share our current proposals for the site, and to obtain feedback to inform the scheme as it evolves. Harborough District Council will also notify local residents once the planning applications have been submitted and this will provide a further opportunity for the local community to comment.
